Coal India Chairman Mr Sutirtha Bhattacharyato visit MCL
Sambalpur. Shri Sutirtha Bhattacharya, Chairman, Coal India Limited will be visiting Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) today to review the performance of its flagship subsidiary in Odisha.
During his visit, Mr Bhattacharya is scheduled to take stock of mining operations in Ib Valley Coalfields. Mr A K Jha, Chairman & Managing Director, and the Directors of the MCL will accompany the Chairman during in his coalfields visit, where he will also review the performance of coal and dispatch mining operations.
Mr Bhattacharya will also chair a review meeting here with the top management, heads of various departments and Area General Managers of coal major. Contributing 25 per cent to the total production of Coal India, MCL is the highest coal supplying subsidiary in the country and the top contributor to Odisha under CSR.
