DVC Inaugurates mural painting at Raghunathpur Thermal Power Station
To integrate art, culture and local heritage of Purulia, West Bengal with the industrial landscape, a series of wall mural paintings were inaugurated by Shri S. Suresh Kumar, IAS, Chairman DVC and senior officials on 03-01-2025 at Raghunathpur TPS. The elements of the mural painting reflect the heritage, tourist locales and geographical indicators of the Purulia district. Another mural is designed to sensitize personnel working at the power station regarding safety and health through visual communication.
