Shimla- Smt. Geeta Kapoor, Director (Personnel), SJVN on 18 May 2023 awarded the winners of the Elocution Competition and Quiz Competition at the Corporate Office, Shimla. Shri Shailendra Singh, Chief General Manager and Shri Chandra Shekhar Yadav, General Manager, and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.
In a series of various programs being organized by SJVN to celebrate its glorious development journey, a quiz competition based on general awareness and contribution of the power sector in the progress of India for 20 government and non-government schools located in Shimla on 18 May 2023 at Corporate Headquarters An elocution competition was organized in which the students participated enthusiastically.

He described the students as the future of India and the citizens of tomorrow and inspired them to achieve their goals in life with hard work and dedication and brighten the future of the country.
The winning girl students were felicitated and presented with citations by Mrs. Geeta Kapoor, Director (Personnel), SJVN. Similarly, a quiz competition based on general awareness was also organized for the officers and employees of SJVN.
The winners of this competition were also honored during the same programme.
For these three competitions, the first prize was Rs. 5000, the second prize was rs. 4000 and the third prize was Rs. 3000. Apart from this, the rest of the students were also given participation prizes of Rs. 2000 each.
