Globalized business environment calls for cultural sensitivity NALCO CMD
Bhubaneswar. November 25,2016“Organizational policies need to be culturally compatible and business managers should develop cultural intelligence for better adaptability and results, in the present era of globalization,” said Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand, CMD of Navratna Nalco.
As chief guest, Dr. Chand was addressing the inaugural session of the International Conference on ‘Cross Cultural Dimensions of Management : Issues and Challenges in the Era of Globalization’, today at Berhampur University.
