HAL Q3 results announced along interim dividend of 2024
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, a defence PSU has declared its earnings for the third quarter of the current financial year where net consolidated profit stood at Rs 1261.5 crore in the Third Quarter of the Financial Year 2024. The profit increased by 2.2 percent year-on-year, from Rs 1155.5 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
The company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 6061 crore for the quarter ending December 2023 as against Rs 5665.5 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year. The company reported an EBITDA of Rs 1435 crore during the Oct-Dec period, which was comparatively higher by 45.7% of Rs 985 crore in the previous fiscal year.

EBITDA margin improved to 23.7 per cent as against 17.4 per cent of FY23. Meanwhile, the company board has declared its first interim dividend of 440 percent per share which translates to Rs 22 per equity share with a face value of Rs 5 each for the FY24. The company has a fixed date of 20 February 2024, the record date for distributing dividends to eligible shareholders.
