HUDCO Signs MoU for an investment up to Rs.14,500 cr
New Delhi: Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO has executed the Memorandum of Understanding with the State Government of Gujarat in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel for an investment up to Rs.14,500 crores for financing the Housing and Urban Infrastructure projects in the State of Gujarat.
The Government of Gujarat intends for overall development of the State by implementing various housing and infrastructure projects. The State Government has invited proposals for Investment Promotion Activity from Banks and Financial Institutions, during Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024 for facilitating investment in future housing and infrastructure development programmes in the State.
HUDCO being a techno-financial institution, in the business of providing financial assistance for housing and urban development projects in the country, thus catering to the various requirements of all sectors thereof, playing a vital role in strengthening the social and economic fundamentals of India thereby playing a pivotal role in building assets for the Nation.

The Senior Officials of Finance Department, Govt. of Gujarat and HUDCO officials Shri M. Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning), Shri Ham Singh Oliver, Regional Chief were also present during this event.
