Arun Kumar, Director, Petroleum Ministry Appointed as Government Nominee Director to EIL Board
New Delhi: Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India vide its letter No. CA31032/1/2021-PNG-37493 dated 10.05.2024 received on 13.05.2024 has conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority for nomination of Shri Arun Kumar, Director, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Engineers India Limited with immediate effect for a period of three years on co-terminus basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The company is in the process of completing the necessary formalities for the appointment of the Director. Further details in terms of SEBI Listing Regulations shall be filed separately.
