Indian Oil signs MoU with Bangladesh Govt to move POL & LPG trucks
New Delhi: The government-owned oil andgas producer, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Roads & Highways Department, Government of Bangladesh for transit movement of IndianOil's POL & LPG trucks to India’s North East Region via Bangladesh.
It will help in uninterrupted supply to Tripura, South Assam & Mizoram, especially during landslides.
Northeast India comprises eight states – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim.
