Koti Vruksha Andolana by MRPL
Mangaluru: MRPL conducted a programme of planting saplings as a part of Koti Vruksha Andolana, at Narayana Guru High School, Kaikamba, Ganeshpura and Ramachandra Higher Primary School, Bala on July 7, 2017. MRPL conducted the mass tree plantation programme with the support of Karnataka Forest Department and Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB).
Shri K Shridhar, Range Forest Officer, Shri Rajashekhar Puranik from KSPCB, Shri Sadhu Poojary, President of Shri Narayan Guru Education Trust, Shri Sanjay Varma, GGM-HSE & Safety, MRPL and Shri U V Aithal, GM (Environment), MRPL apart from other officials participated in the program.
Government of Karnataka has initiated an ambitious plan of tree planting called ‘Koti Vruksha Andolan’ all across the state. Earlier MRPL carried out the program at Pejavara Church High School, Kalavar on 19th June 2017.
