New Delhi: Manas Kaviraj, the Executive Director, Human Resource Management NBCC (India) Limited won the prestigious title “Top Most HR Leaders (India)” at the World HRD Congress held at Mumbai recently.
Kaviraj has 29 years of industry experience in the entire gamut of HRM Functions like Industrial Relations, Administration, People Management, Recruitment, Laisioning joined the company as Executive Director in HRM in 2019.
A Post Graduated in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, Shri Kaviraj since, his joining NBCC as Head of Corporate HR, he has remained a key figure in the changing ethos of organizational structure and brought about a paradigm shift in company’s functional areas, particularly in the areas of Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Welfare, and Motivation, Change Management, Capability Development, and Succession Planning.
