NTPC CVO Rashmita Jha Appointed as Additional CVO for REC Ltd

New Delhi: REC Limited today announced the appointment of Rashmita Jha as the additional Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the company. Ms. Jha is currently serving as the Chief Vigilance Officer at NTPC also, she was appointed at NTPC in June 2024 on a deputation basis for an initial period of three years.
Ms. Rashmita Jha belongs to the Indian Revenue Services (Income Tax), 1997 batch. She has worked on various assignments at the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) in the Delhi Region from 1999 to 2023. She has worked in various offices from domestic taxation to international taxation. She has also worked in vigilance and litigation section of CBDT and settlement commission governed by Deptt. of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.
