PM Modi dedicates 5 Green Energy Projects of NTPC
The energy and power sector will play a significant role in accelerating India's progress in the next 25 years.
New Delhi: Shri Narendra Modi, Honourable Prime Minister of India, dedicated and laid the foundation stone of 5 Green Energy Projects of NTPC in Ramagundam Floating Solar Project (100MW) in Telangana, Kayamkulam Floating Solar Project (92MW) in Kerala, Nokh Solar Project (735MW) in Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Green Hydrogen Mobility Project in Leh, Ladakh and Green Hydrogen-Natural Gas Blending Project in Kawas, Gujarat.
During the occasion, Honourable Prime Minister of India said numerous path-breaking reforms have transformed the power sector in the last eight years. India’s Energy Security and Green future will become substantial with these projects. Our commitment to green technology and mobility will give rise to green jobs in our country.

Shri R. K. Singh, Hon'ble Cabinet Minister (Power, New & Renewable Energy), Shri Krishan Pal, Hon'ble Minister of State for Power and Shri Alok Kumar, Secretary (Power) were also present during the event.
This programme was part of the Grand Finale of Bijli Mahotsav, Ujjwal Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya- Power @2047 initiated by the Ministry of Power, Government of India.
