Further, it is added that the Bank shall take the necessary steps to complete the formalities for the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Natarajan as Executive Director of the Bank.

New Delhi: The Central Bank authority has provided a grant to IDFC First Bank for the appointment of Mr Pradeep Natarajan as Whole Time Director of the Board.
According to the exchange filing of the Bank, RBI vide its letter dated May 16, 2024, (‘RBI Letter’) has accorded its approval to appoint Mr. Pradeep Natarajan as Whole Time Director, designated as Executive Director of the Bank for three years.
Further, it is added that the Bank shall take the necessary steps to complete the formalities for the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Natarajan as Executive Director of the Bank. The said appointment shall be subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Bank.
