CMD Reviews Production Plan 2026–27 at Sonepur Bazari Area

A high-level Production Plan Review Meeting for 2026–27 was held at Sonepur Bazari Area on 4th April 2026 under the chairmanship of Shri Satish Jha, CMD, ECL, in the presence of Directors and senior officials.

The meeting focused on achieving the targeted 13.5 MTY, with detailed deliberations on production strategies, contract capacities, land availability, and operational challenges. Key areas such as land acquisition, R&R initiatives, CHP maintenance, monsoon preparedness, and capacity enhancement through projects like the Banbahal patch were comprehensively reviewed.

CMD provided strategic guidance to ensure timely execution, improved coordination, and proactive problem-solving to meet production goals efficiently.

The visit concluded with the inauguration of the Sonepur Bazari Premier League, where CMD also participated in a friendly cricket match, strengthening team spirit and employee engagement.
