REC Commits Financial Assistance to Improve Health and Education in Munderi
New Delhi . REC Foundation has signed a memorandum with Munderi Government Higher Secondary School, Munderi, Distt- Kannur, Kerala extending CSR support of Rs.2.7 crore on construction of kitchen and dining hall in Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS). The project is aimed at building up the state owned Munderi Government Higher Secondary School as unique model . In 18 months’ time, the project will benefit more than 1000 students in the area.
The agreement was signed on 6th January 2020 between Shri S N Srinivas, CEO, REC Foundation and Shri Chandran V, District Panchayat Office, Kannur, Kerala in presence of Shri Ajeet Kumar Agarwal, CMD, REC, Shri Ajoy Choudhury, ED Finance & CSR, REC Limited and Shri K K Ragesh, Member of Parliament.
