51 employees retired from NCL at April end

New Delhi: On Tuesday, a total of 51 personnel including 8 officers and 43 employees retired from all the projects and units of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) at the end of April. On this occasion, General Manager (System) Shri Ramprakash Gupta, General Manager (Excavation) Shri S. from NCL Headquarters. Ramaswami and Mrs. Kabootari Devi, working in the Civil Department, retired. Director (Personnel) Shri Manish Kumar was present as the chief guest in the retirement program organized at NCL Headquarters.

During the felicitation ceremony, Additional Director (Finance) Mr. Rajneesh Narayan, Director (Technical/Operations) Mr. Jitendra Malik, Director (Technical/Project and Planning) Mr. Sunil Prasad Singh and heads of departments of the headquarters, labor union representatives and others were present during the felicitation ceremony. Officers and employees were also present.

While presiding over this retirement felicitation program, Director (Personnel) Shri Manish Kumar described the dedication and commitment of the departing employees towards the company as exemplary. He also praised his cooperative behavior with his colleagues during his work and wished him a bright future and good health in his life ahead.

During the program, Director Finance Shri Rajneesh Narayan wished good health to the retiring employees and underlined the contribution of these experienced employees in the progress of the company. Also urged them to do creative work as per their wish.

On this occasion, Director Technical (Operations) Shri Jitendra Malik said that the company's progress is paved only because of experienced, hard-working and dutiful employees. Appreciating the candor and dedication of the retiring employees towards the company, Shri Malik praised their working style. Described as unique. Also called upon them to continue providing their services to the society and the country in future.

During the program, Director (Technical/Project and Planning) Mr. Sunil Prasad Singh, while wishing a happy, healthy and successful life to the retiring employees, said that it is very difficult to compensate for the departure of such employees. He also urged to cherish the good memories of NCL and wished him all the best for making his personal plans successful.

During the felicitation ceremony, the retiring personnel shared their memories. Retirement felicitation programs were also organized in all the projects and units of NCL.
