IRCTC Announces Senior Management Change; Sunil Beniwal Repatriated, Naveen Dixit Gets Additional Charge
New Delhi, March 10, 2026 – Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced a change in its senior management, informing stock exchanges that Sunil Beniwal has been repatriated from the company with effect from March 9, 2026.
In a regulatory filing to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India, the company said the repatriation was carried out following a directive issued by the Railway Board.
Sunil Beniwal Ceases to be Senior Management Personnel
Sunil Beniwal, an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), was serving as Group General Manager (North Zone) at IRCTC on deputation.
Before joining IRCTC, he held the position of Chief Commercial Manager/Freight Marketing (CCM/FM) at the headquarters of North Western Railway in Jaipur.
Following his repatriation on March 9, 2026, Beniwal ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of IRCTC.
Naveen Dixit Gets Additional Charge
The company also announced that Naveen Dixit, currently serving as Group General Manager (IT/Projects), will take additional charge as GGM/North Zone with immediate effect.
Dixit will continue to handle his existing responsibilities while managing the additional role.
Disclosure to Stock Exchanges
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which requires listed companies to inform stock exchanges about material changes in senior management.
IRCTC confirmed that the update has been submitted to the stock exchanges for information and record.
