NHSRCL Invites Applications for AGM and JGM (Civil) Posts on Deputation Basis

New Delhi, March 09, 2026 – National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has issued a vacancy notice for the posts of Assistant General Manager (Civil) and Joint General Manager (Civil) at its New Delhi office. The posts are open for Group A officers of Indian Railways, particularly those in the IRSE cadre, on a deputation basis.

The appointment duration is five years, subject to exemption from the rule of immediate absorption beyond December 31, 2028. The maximum age limit is 45 years as on the closing date of the notification. The positions are offered on deputation with parent pay plus deputation allowance and other perks as per NHSRCL policy.

Eligibility Requirements:

• AGM (Civil): Minimum 10 years of Group A service with at least 3 years of experience in contracts and civil building works. Pay scale: Level-13 (7th CPC)/GP-8700 (pre-revised).

• JGM (Civil): Minimum 6 years of Group A service (excluding probation) with 3 years of experience in contracts and civil building works. Pay scale: Level-12 (7th CPC)/GP-7600 (pre-revised).

Applications must be submitted through the proper channel using the prescribed proforma available on the NHSRCL website. Candidates are required to attach APARs for the last five years and vigilance/DAR clearance. An advance copy of the application may also be sent in PDF format to deputation@nhsrcl.in.
