SBI Corrects General Meeting Notice: ₹50 Crore Updated to ₹300 Crore

Mumbai, 09 March 2026: State Bank of India (SBI) has issued a corrigendum to its Notice of General Meeting (GM) originally circulated on 10 February 2026. The update is intended to clarify a correction in the explanatory statement regarding financial figures.

The General Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Friday, 27 March 2026, at 3:00 PM and will be held at the State Bank Auditorium, State Bank Bhavan, Madame Cama Road, Mumbai, with provisions for Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

According to the corrigendum, Item No. 8 in the explanatory statement of the notice, specifically the Amount column of Serial No. xii on Pages 109, 112, and 115, which was earlier mentioned as ₹50.00 crore, should now be read as ₹300.00 crore.

All other contents and items of the original notice of the General Meeting remain unchanged. Shareholders are requested to consider the corrigendum in conjunction with the original notice when attending or participating in the GM.
