New Delhi: Steel Authority of India on May 25 declare its Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ending 31st March 2023. The company reported a 50 per cent fall in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,159.21 crore. It posted Rs 2,478.82 crore net profit in the preceding year 2021-22.

The company in its regulatory filing also mentioned The Board of Directors has recommended the Final Dividend at Rs.0.50/- per equity share of Rs.lO/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 (5% of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company).
