State-owned largest lender SBI has announced signing a MoU with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, UK to collectively invest 750 million pounds for a specific timeline.
According to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit that the State Bank of India (SBI) and Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), UK have signed a nonbinding Memorandum of Understanding on 24.07.2024 for 750 million Pounds where FCDO and SBI, each, will collectively invest matched contributions of 375 million Pounds equivalent over a pre agreed timeline, the company informed through exchange filing.
