NEW DELHI- A review meeting was held in Rajasthan to evaluate the progress of the City Gas Distribution (CGD) network, chaired by Sh Anand K Jha, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. The visit also included the inauguration of AG&P's augmented LNG facility, along with an LCNG station in Salawas, Jodhpur.
The facility has the highest LNG storage capacity of 227.2 kl in northern India and will operate in all three streams, delivering natural gas at a total capacity of 3,05,000 SCMD in high, medium, and low. The facility is capable of providing 65,000 SCMD, 1,20,000 SCMD, and 1,20,000 SCMD to ensure uninterrupted supply for transport, household, and industrial consumers.

The facility's capacity and delivery streams were highlighted, ensuring that the consumers' demand for natural gas is adequately met.
The inauguration of the AG&P augmented LNG facility and LCNG station is a significant milestone towards providing clean and efficient energy to households, transport, and industrial sectors in Jodhpur.

The inauguration and review meeting paves the way for a sustainable and efficient natural gas supply system in Rajasthan.
