The new future with new Prototype ATMs Kiosk
New Delhi: In this COVID-19 pandemic situation it is important now days to maintain distance and be safe. Many things are coming up and challenging but it is time to not give up. For this challenging face Indian Banking system is introducing the new contactless ATM which helps in withdrawing money without any worry and performing all norms of safety and social distancing.
The prototype contactless ATM kiosk is who ends every fear of touching screen and catching virus over the ATM now it is way too easy to operate ATM machines. One of the key factors is to make customer contactless which means zero percent of contact and in addition the sanitizing step will be followed while entering in ATM.
Mumbai-based payments solution company, AGS Transact Technologies, has come up with the prototype software for ATMs in which customers will be able to withdraw cash by scanning a QR code on the screen. Banks will only need to upload this software into their respective ATM machines and enable the feature on their ATM network.
Customers can scan the QR code using a mobile application, enter the withdrawal amount and MPIN on their phones, and the cash will be dispensed from the ATM machine.
Earlier the similar touchless cash withdrawal system has been adopted by the leading Indian banks like the ICICI Bank and State Bank of India before the coronavirus outbreak but was replaced by reducing the need to withdraw cash at all.
