New Delhi: Recently a review meeting on the development of airports in Andhra Pradesh was held where the disscusion over the development of the Andhra Pradesh has been in focus. Key discussions were the construction of new airports in Andhra Pradesh and upgradation of existing ones to enhance connectivity.

The meeting was chaired by Hon'ble CM Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu in Amaravati. Hon’ble Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Sh. Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu, and Chairman AAI, Sh. Vipin Kumar participated in the meeting. Senior officials from Airports Authority of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Government of India and the state government were also present in the review meet.

The Hon’ble Union Minister of Civil Aviation also inspected the Vijayawada Airport project site and reviewed the work in progress.
