WCL's tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri
Special campaign for cleanliness in WCL on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti-3
New Delhi: On 02.10.2023, Team WCL paid tribute to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister of the country Lal Bahadur Shastri on his birth anniversary.
Director (Technical/Personnel) Shri J. P. Dwivedi and Chief Vigilance Officer Shri Ajay Madhukar Mhetre expressed respect towards both great personalities by garlanding them and paying homage to their photographs.

In his address, Director (Technical/Personnel) Shri J. P. Dwivedi threw light on the life of Gandhiji. He requested everyone to contribute to the nation's progress by following Bapu's path of non-violence.

Tributes were paid to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri ji in all areas, units and establishments of the company.
Special campaign for cleanliness in WCL on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti-3 ( Special Campaign - 3 ) was started. This campaign will continue in all areas including WCO Headquarters from 2.10.2023 to 31.10.2023.
Under this, 33 places in Vaikoli have been identified for scrap disposal. as well as 500 The process of disposal of files and 2500 e-files has been started. In line with Special Campaign-3, awareness programs on cleanliness will also be organized at various places.
