NBCC holds annual general meeting

 

NEW DELHI .  The 54th AGM  of NBCC  was held on September 11, 2014 at New Delhi, in presence of all members of Board of Directors (BOD) and Shareholders of the Corporation. Dr Anoop Kumar Mittal,  CMD  , NBCC, chaired the meeting and addressed the Shareholders on the occasion.

 

 

 

Addressing the shareholders, Dr Mittal  informed that the Company's financial performance in the year 2013-14 has been impressive as compared to previous year. NBCC has shown significant improvement in its performance, as revenue from operations (consolidated) has achieved  a new height  and  touched Rs. 4098.27 crore and net profit earned has been Rs. 257.45 crore during the FY 2013-12. 

 

 

 

 Dr. Mittal also revealed that  NBCC, under its CSR activity plan, has volunteered to build 100 toilet blocks in 100 villages across the nation. This is the first AGM of NBCC after it was given the Navratna Status in June 2014 .
