New Delhi: On 28th July 2025, team MECL welcomed 18 talented Executive Trainees (Geologists), selected through the prestigious UPSC Examination, at our Induction Training Program.
The event was graced by Shri Indra Dev Narayan, CMD, who motivated the young recruits to pursue continuous learning and strive for excellence in their careers. Shri Pankaj Pandey Director (Technical) encouraged them to uphold innovation and integrity in their work, while Shri Surendra Singh Kshatriya Director (Finance), congratulated the new joinees and wished them great success in their future endeavors. Senior officials and experts also shared valuable insights into MECL’s legacy and operations.
This marks the start of a bright journey as these geologists step into MECL’s mission of sustainable mineral exploration and nation-building. The company congratulates all new joinees.
