Apex court asks NBCC to to take up execution of 2 more Amrapali Noida
New Delhi: Supreme Court under Chairmanship of Ld. Court Receiver, Sh R. Venkataramani, asks NBCC to call tenders for execution of 2 more Amrapali Noida-Gr. Noida Stalled Projects - Leisure Park Ph 1&2 with River View and Kingswood in Smart City comprising 4489 units valuing Rs.1046 crs.
-Earlier, on 18th & 20th March, Ld. Court Receiver, asked NBCC to call tenders to execute 08 Amrapali Projects of Greater Noida - Leisure Valley Villa, Verona, Adarsh Awas Yojna, Golf Homes, Dream Valley Ph 1 Villas, Ph 2 & Enchante, Terrace Homes & Tropical Garden in Centurian and 01 Project Crystal Homes in Silicon in Noida, all comprising 27223 Houses valuing Rs 5769 Cr.
-Tendering process for all these projects are in progress. 04 tenders for Golf Homes, Centurian, Leisure Valley Villas, Crystal homes already -NBCC has just started execution of 07 Projects in Noida and 01 in Gr. Noida having 12169 Units valuing Rs 634 Crs. to be completed in stages in 12-24 Months.
- SC about a year ago, asked NBCC to execute 2-stalled Projects to begin with, namely Eden Park in Noida and Castle in Greater Noida comprising 618 Houses, which NBCC has already completed & handed over.
