New Delhi: Bharat Electronics Limited (BE), a key Navratna Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of defense, has awarded a significant purchase order for advanced communications systems. The order, valued at Rs 17.55 crore, has been secured by Avantel.
