New Delhi: Thirty five hospitals of CIL and its companies spread across eight coal producing states of India are leaving no stone unturned to tackle the crisis caused by the novel coronavirus outbreak in the country.
CIL’s hospitals have created 604 quarantine beds and 1246 isolation beds which have separate entry and exit for suspected / confirmed COVID cases. CIL has also employed medical consultants on a contract basis and engaged retired paramedical staff to help combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
Separate entry and exits have also been created at CIL hospitals for patients having other ailments like flu, fever etc.In these unprecedented and difficult times , CIL is still mining coal 24X7 to empower India and help it fight COVID-19.
