EIL with GAIL begun erection of one of the largest ODCs in Asia
Adding another feather to our endeavour towards nation-building, Team EIL is setting up the PDH unit for the first time in India at the Petchem plant.
New Delhi: Engineers India Limited along with GAIL have begun the erection of one of the largest ODCs in Asia at GAIL (India) Limited's 500 KTA PDH-PP Petrochemical plant in Usar, Maharashtra. Sections 1, 2 & 3 out of a total of 5 sections of the Product Splitter Column for the Propane De-hydrogenation (PDH) Unit have been erected so far.
Being a part of the Product Purification Section, this column system is designed to produce a minimum of 99.5 wt% pure polymer grade propylene product from the overhead.
