IICM organised Outbound Leadership Development Program at Manali
In the program, various skills like leadership, team buiding, communication skill, basics of trekking etc were covered through various games and outdoor activities.
New Delhi: Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM) Ranchi, had organised an Outbound Leadership Development Program at Manali, in association with Tata Steel Adventure Foundation (TSAF) from September 25 to 30, 2022. Fifteen participants of E5-E7 grades, from CIL and subsidiary companies participated in the program.
During the weeklong program, participants stayed in Solang valley for the basic training, management games and yoga sessions. Thereafter, they stayed in Bakarthach (9500 ft) and climbed to Beas Kund from Bakartach before coming back to Solang Valley for debriefing.
In the program, various skills like leadership, team buiding, communication skill, basics of trekking etc were covered through various games and outdoor activities.
All the participants completed trek to Beas Kund (12772 ft) during the program.
The program was organized to provide an experiential learning condition to the participants through outdoors and adventure activities.
