Sahney, Chairman of IndianOil, has congratulated the teams of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) on the successful commissioning of the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery, describing the achievement as a major milestone for India's energy sector.
