IRCTC Awards AI Surveillance Contract to Magellanic Cloud Subsidiary
New Delhi, December 27, 2025: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has awarded a contract worth Rs 2.25 crore to Provigil Surveillance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud Limited.
The contract involves the deployment of a real-time, AI-enabled CCTV live-streaming and analytics system to monitor IRCTC-authorized kitchen units through a centralized portal. The project aims to strengthen hygiene compliance, operational transparency, governance, and proactive detection of irregularities in catering services.

For Q2 FY26, the company reported a 14.43% growth in consolidated net profit to Rs 27.83 crore, along with a 4.54% increase in revenue to Rs 164.44 crore compared to Q2 FY25. Following the announcement, the stock rose 0.50% to Rs 26.26 on the BSE.
