KIOCL Ltd invites Expression of Interest for Vendor Registration for Supply of Bentonite

New Delhi, Feb 25, 2026: KIOCL Limited, an Export Oriented Unit (EOU) under Government of India, Ministry of Steel, invites Expression of Interest (EOI), from domestic companies/agencies for empanelment/ vendor Registration for supply of Bentonite Lump to KIOCL Limited Pellet Plant Unit Mangalore.

The Contract shall be awarded to only such sellers, who are registered/empanelled/approved /enlisted with KIOCL for the required goods / service category on the date of bid opening. The last date of submission is March 2026.

The Bidders are requested to send 5 Kgs sample of bentonite lumps along with their internal test report to the following address as per KIOCL specifications to enable us to carry out test at KIOCL Lab. It should be noted that dispatch details may please be sent to bpurchase@kioclltd.in.

The Bidders are requested to submit the documents listed below for verification at our end, failing which the offer will not be considered for further processing and is based on the test results and document verification, Firm will be considered for vendor registration by carrying out capacity assessment if required and thereafter offer will be techno-commercially accepted.
