RVNL Invites Applications for Executive Director (Civil)

New Delhi, February 25, 2026: Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways, has issued a corrigendum to its earlier Vacancy Notice No. 2026/RVNL/09-CIVIL dated January 24, 2026, for the post of Executive Director (Civil).

The corrigendum brings key updates to the experience criteria and extends the application deadline to 16th March 2026. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.

Post: Executive Director (Civil) – 1 Post
Location: All India
Age Limit: Not above 57 years
Pay Scale: IDA E-9 (₹1,50,000–3,00,000)
Mode of Appointment: Immediate Absorption

Revised Experience Criteria

Candidates must now have:

Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in planning, execution, and management of infrastructure projects, particularly in Highway, Road, Expressway projects in CPSEs/PSUs or Central/State Government agencies such as NHAI, NHIDCL, MoRTH.
Minimum 5 years of experience in execution of NH/SH/Expressway/Access-Controlled Highway Projects under EPC, HAM, BOT (Annuity & Toll) contracts.

Eligibility & Selection Process

Serving officials in analogous grades (Level-15 CDA / E-9 IDA), or Level-14 CDA with 25+ years of Group A service, or IDA E-8 with 4+ years in that grade.
Physically and medically fit.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview based on eligibility and experience.
