LIC Promotes Senior Management at Jamshedpur Zonal Training Centre

New Delhi:  Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced the re-designation of Smt. Neelam Kujur from Faculty Member to Principal of the Zonal Training Centre, Jamshedpur. With this change, she now holds a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) position within LIC.

Smt. Neelam Kujur joined LIC in 1993 and brings over three decades of experience across various divisions in the East Central Zone. Her career has included leadership roles in Health Insurance, Office Services, and Customer Relationship Management / Policy Servicing under the Hazaribagh Division.

Before her current appointment, she served as a Faculty Member at the Zonal Training Centre in Jamshedpur.

The re-designation takes effect January 5, 2026, and Smt. Kujur will hold the position until superannuation or further orders. LIC has confirmed that there are no familial or director-level relationships associated with this appointment.

This move reflects LIC’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its senior management and enhancing training and development initiatives for its workforce.
