MCL Jagannath Area Organises Consumers Meet to Enhance Coal Quality and Service Delivery

New Delhi/Odisha: Team Jagannath Area of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited MCL organised a consumers meet at Ananta Vihar colony aimed at strengthening collaboration with consumers and further improving coal quality and dispatch efficiency.

During the interaction consumers expressed their appreciation for MCLs consistent supply of quality coal and its efficient dispatch operations. The open dialogue provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange feedback and build a stronger working relationship.

The meeting was attended by Shri A K Dhal General Manager Jagannath Area and Shri Sanjeev Agrawal General Manager Quality Control Headquarters along with senior area executives.

Discussions focused on ensuring coal size gross calorific value quality and quantity in a coordinated and transparent manner. Participants also offered constructive suggestions to further improve operational performance and service standards.
