MECL Commences Bauxite Exploration in Gujarat

New Delhi, October 14, 2025: MECL, a key contributor to NMET-funded mineral exploration in India, is currently carrying out exploration activities in several states. As part of this initiative, MECL has commenced exploratory drilling for Bauxite and associated minerals in the Dhrang Block, Kutch District, Gujarat, under the Baghewala Project today on 14-10-2025.

The project focuses on assessing bauxite deposits and related minerals in the region, contributing to a better understanding of its mineral resources.
