Modular rainwater harvesting pits installed at NBCC
New Delhi: 35 state-of-the-art Modular rainwater harvesting pits have been installed at East Kidwai Nagar Redevelopment Project of NBCC to ensure that no surface drainage goes outside and is instead used for groundwater recharging. . Nearly 15050 trees have been planted in East Kidwai Nagar Redevelopment project while another 1000 more will be planted. The project has also retained 440 old trees.
