NEW DELHI- MOIL Ltd., a leading mining company in India, to partner with Karnataka State Minerals Corporation Limited (KSMCL) to carry out exploratory activities in the state of Karnataka. The collaboration is expected to benefit both organizations and contribute to the development of the mining sector in the state.
A team from MOIL Ltd., led by Director (Production & Planning) Shri M.M Abdulla, recently met with Smt R Vinothpriya, IAS, Managing Director of KSMCL, along with Smt K Leelavathy, IAS, Executive Director of KSMCL. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and finalize a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for carrying out exploratory activities in the state.
The MoU outlines the terms and conditions of the partnership, which will involve the exploration and assessment of various minerals in Karnataka. MOIL Ltd. will bring its expertise in mining operations, while KSMCL will provide its knowledge of the local geology and regulatory environment.
