MRPL Appoints Two Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27 on C&AG Directions
New Delhi: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a Schedule ‘A’ Government of India Enterprise and subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of its Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27.
The company received a letter dated 7 September 2026 from the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) on 9 September 2026. As per the letter, the following firms have been appointed as Statutory Auditors of MRPL under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013:
