Ms. Padmini S. Pillai Permanently Absorbed into NHSRCL from Indian Railways

New Delhi: In a significant administrative update, Ms. Padmini S. Pillai, IRAS, has been permanently absorbed into the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) with effect from March 6, 2026. The Ministry of Railways has formally accepted her technical resignation from Indian Railways to facilitate this permanent absorption.

The decision, approved by the President of India, designates Ms. Pillai as permanently retired from Railway service as of the same date, enabling her to continue her services exclusively with NHSRCL.

The Railway Board has directed that all service particulars of Ms. Pillai be furnished in the prescribed format, along with confirmation that all FSC/LSC charges have been paid to the Railways, to ensure proper administrative compliance.
