State-owned MTNL has announced that it will hold a board meeting on 28th April, 2025 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the FY25.
The company has stated through exchange filing that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, 28th May 2025 to inter-alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025.
