Bhubaneswar:   Nalco Ladies Club, Bhubaneswar, celebrated Children’s Day among the Cerebral Palsy & Mental Retardation children of the Open Learning Systems, Bhubaneswar today & provided a Washing Machine, slippers & snacks to the inmates.
