NBCC & ITS SUBSIDIARY HSCL PAID FINAL DIVIDEND
On October 27, 2021, NBCC and its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), paid Dividend of INR 52.24 and 4.36 crore, respectively (including interim dividend) to the Govt. of India for the year FY 2020-21.

The Dividend cheque(s) were presented to Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Hon'ble Minister for MoHUA and MoPNG by Shri PK Gupta, CMD, NBCC & Chairman, HSCL and Shri TLN Reddy, Managing Director, HSCL in august presence of Shri Durga Shanker Mishra, Secretary, MoHUA; Shri Kamran Rizvi, Government Nominee Director & Additional Secretary, MoHUA; Smt. BK Sokhey, Director (Finance) NBCC; Shri Shyam Awasthi, Director (Finance), HSCL along with Company Secretary of NBCC & HSCL and senior officials from the Ministry.
