Talcher: NBCC Converts MCL Hospital Project at Talcher, Odisha into Quarantine Centre. As directed by Odisha Govt, NBCC, during lockdown period, converted its ongoing Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. (MCL) Hospital Project at Talcher (Angul) into 120-Bedded Quarantine Centre for COVID19.
