NBCC handed over pending flats to homebuyers on the occasion of Dhanteras
Out of 110 nos. of completed flats, the possession letters were issued to 28 no. of homebuyers who paid their outstanding dues whereas the rest were requested to clear their dues so that the possession letters can be issued to them as well
New Delhi: On the festive occasion of Diwali, NBCC offered the Letter of possession to the homebuyers for their long-awaited dream homes in a holy ceremony held at the Centurian Park project in Greater Noida on 02.11.2021. The possession letters were given to flat owners in the presence of Ld. Court Receiver, Monitoring Committee appointed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and NBCC officials.
Delivery of these flats has come as a breather to the distressed Homebuyers. On receiving the letters, the buyers expressed their gratitude to the Ld. Court Receiver and NBCC for completing the long-pending flats despite the disruptions of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Out of 110 nos. of completed flats, the possession letters were issued to 28 no. of homebuyers who paid their outstanding dues whereas the rest were requested to clear their dues so that the possession letters can be issued to them as well.
It is worth mentioning that at present the projects are being funded by SBI CAP enabling NBCC for timely completion of the project.
