NBCC (India) Limited secures work orders worth ₹665 crore across multiple projects
NBCC (India) Limited receives orders totaling approximately ₹665.38 crore, including redevelopment and construction projects for Ghaziabad Development Authority, ICAI, NFSU Delhi, and ICSI chapters at Kanpur and Lucknow.

New Delhi, December 3, 2025 — NBCC (India) Limited has announced that it has recently been awarded multiple work orders totaling approximately ₹665.38 crore across various construction and renovation projects. The orders were received in the normal course of business.
The largest order, valued at ₹642.82 crore, is for the redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan in Ghaziabad, awarded by the Ghaziabad Development Authority. Other notable orders include:

Renovation work for the Hyderabad COE, EIRC building in Kolkata, and Kottayam Chapter building for the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (₹4.05 crore).

Renovation of Guest House at NFSU Delhi Campus (₹6.95 crore).

Construction of new buildings for the ICSI Kanpur Chapter (₹4.42 crore) and ICSI Lucknow Chapter (₹7.14 crore).
All contracts are domestic and fall under Project Management Consultancy services. NBCC confirmed that the orders are not related party transactions, and there is no interest of the promoter or promoter group in the awarding entities.
