NBCC sets up new subsidiary in Oman
NEW DELHI: NBCC today said it has incorporated a subsidiary in Oman to carry out commercial construction activities. It has 70 per cent stake in `NBCC Gulf LLC` and 30 per cent is held by `Al Naba Holding LLC` - a leading business group in Oman, NBCC said in a regulatory filing.
NBCC Gulf LLC is established to carry out commercial construction activities of buildings, roads, airport, harbour, water sewerage and electricity network in Oman, the filing added.
